Terms of Use

By accessing hvacelitesystem.com, registering for a member account, downloading resources, or purchasing a System Package, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

HVAC Elite System provides a structured business improvement system for established HVAC companies, covering lead handling and conversion, sales execution, objection handling, follow-up and revenue recovery, office efficiency, and the practical use of AI. The system is delivered through the Member Gateway and may include frameworks, scripts, templates, workflows, video training, checklists, AI tool recommendations, and implementation resources, with support options that vary by package. Optional services such as Lead Generation Reviews and AI Automation Reviews are available to members and are delivered under the scope agreed for each engagement.

• You agree to provide accurate, current business information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Member accounts are for you and your registered company. Sharing account credentials outside your company, or allowing people outside your company to use your access, is not permitted and may result in suspension of access.
• Access to materials is limited to the package and access level associated with your account. Attempting to reach materials outside your access level, including through direct links, is a violation of these terms.

The materials in the system — including text, frameworks, scripts, templates, videos, checklists, and AI recommendations — are owned by HVAC Elite System and protected by copyright and other laws. When you purchase a System Package or register for free resources, we grant your company a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials for your own internal business operations.

• You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or publish the materials.
• You may not use the materials to create a competing product, training program, or service offered to other HVAC companies or the public.
• You may adapt scripts, templates, and workflows for internal use within your company.

Free resources, such as the HVAC Revenue Leak Checklist, are licensed for your company's internal use under the same restrictions.

When using the site and member areas, you agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, resources, or admin areas.
• Circumvent access controls, download resources to redistribute them, or scrape content at scale.
• Use the site to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications, or to impersonate HVAC Elite System.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Prices for System Packages are shown on the Packages page and are subject to change over time. The price in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Package inclusions are described on the Packages page and, where applicable, in your purchase confirmation. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

The system may reference or recommend third-party software, AI tools, and services. Those tools are operated by their own providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and HVAC Elite System is not responsible for third-party tools or for outcomes of adopting them. Where the site links to third-party websites, we do so for convenience and do not endorse or control their content.

HVAC Elite System is a business improvement system. Results depend on your market, your company, and how the system is implemented. Examples and figures shown on this website, including revenue recovery illustrations, are illustrative possibilities, not promises or guarantees of revenue, savings, conversion rates, or time savings. We make no guarantee of specific business results.

The HVAC Elite System name, logo, website design, and all content on hvacelitesystem.com are the property of HVAC Elite System or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any materials to you, except for the internal-use license described in Section 4.

The site, member areas, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Elite System disclaims all warranties not stated in these terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or materials. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the System Package giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or member areas if you materially breach these terms, misuse the materials, or fail to pay amounts due. You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time. Sections 4, 8, 9, and 10 continue to apply after access ends.

We may update these terms as our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially reduces your rights as a paid member, we will notify members by email before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which HVAC Elite System has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the services will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
